As a Senior Executive Search Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with C-suite executives, Board members, and HR leaders to drive business development, client relationship management, and execute search strategies for senior leadership talent globally. Your key accountabilities will include:
Working closely with top-level executives to develop and execute search strategies, drive business development, and ensure successful delivery of senior leadership talent worldwide. - Managing strategic accounts to drive revenue growth, ensure profitability, and maintain operational excellence on a global scale. - Identifying, negotiating, and activating high-value partnerships to enhance top-line revenue. - Utilizing industry network and expertise to secure new strategic clients and opportunities. - Building and leveraging a deep network of CXO relationships to provide market intelligence and strategic advice on talent acquisition and succession planning. - Driving thought leadership by introducing best practices in assessment, executive hiring, and external talent landscape trends. - Establishing strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on executive talent needs, and designing solutions for future success. - Developing tailored talent acquisition strategies for client portfolios and building a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates. - Prospecting for new business, creating customized proposals, and presenting them to potential clients. - Understanding client business goals, organizational structure, and culture to offer strategic insights and talent solutions. Your skills and experience should include:
Managing executive client relationships and stakeholder management at the CXO level for 15+ years in retained executive search. - Successfully delivering on executive search mandates from initiation to negotiation and onboarding. - Demonstrating strong sales acumen and the ability to independently generate new business. - Having a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of strategic business processes and global professional networks.
