TERRITORY: Wisconsin and Iowa. Ideal candidate must live in Wisconsin. We are looking for an Organ Health Specialist (OHS) to join the Organ Health sales team! In this role, you will drive growth and market development within the general nephrology market by cultivating new and maintaining existing key relationships, executing strategic business plans, and promoting the adoption of Organ Health products. Your expertise and insights will play a critical role in advancing our mission to support healthcare providers with innovative diagnostic tools. RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Organ Health Specialist, you will promote and sell Renasight, a genetic test analyzing 385 genes to identify potential hereditary causes of kidney disease, and Prospera, a non-invasive cfDNA test for early detection of kidney transplant rejection—both supporting comprehensive kidney health management from diagnosis to post-transplant care. - Achieve and exceed performance goals through effective sales strategies, client relationship building, and territory management. - Drive market adoption of Natera’s Organ Health portfolio (Renasight and Prospera), contributing to successful product launches and market expansion. - Serve as a local expert on Natera’s technology and services, representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise. - Develop and execute tailored local business plans to achieve sales objectives and maximize available resources.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes. On-target earnings (OTE)
