Key Responsibilities:
Create high-converting video assets for ads and social media
Develop multiple hook variations to improve CTR & engagement
Edit AI-generated and real footage into compelling stories
Optimize videos for Hook Rate (first 3 sec), Hold Rate, and Conversions
Produce testimonial videos, UGC, influencer content, and paid ad creatives
Analyze retention graphs & performance data to improve outputs
Deliver fast iterations (within 2448 hours) based on campaign performance
Collaborate with marketing team for creative strategy & trend research
Ensure videos are optimized for sound-off viewing (captions, graphics, pacing)
