You will be working with Swojas Group, a Pune-based real estate company with over 35 years of experience in delivering thoughtful, long-lasting developments. Key Responsibilities:
Independently coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior consultants, driving follow-ups to meet timelines
Ensure alignment and integration of drawings across disciplines
Conduct regular site visits to ensure execution matches design intent
Proactively resolve on-site design and detailing issues
Prepare and manage detailed working drawings including plans, sections, and elevations
Ensure clear, coordinated, site-friendly, and consistent drawings across revisions
Develop efficient layouts aligned with project requirements
Ensure design decisions align with execution feasibility in terms of cost, structure, and services
Ensure compliance with UDCPR, DCR, and local regulations, supporting approval drawings and documentation
Take ownership of regular follow-ups and timelines
Qualifications Required:
B.Arch or M.Arch with 45+ years of experience in residential & commercial projects
Strong architectural drafting and working drawing capabilities
Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); SketchUp/Revit preferred
Good understanding of UDCPR, DCR, and local approval processes
Sound knowledge of building materials and construction methods
Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and follow-ups independently
Strong coordination and communication skills across consultants and teams
Strong problem-solving ability for design, detailing, and on-site challenges
Ability to translate design into practical, buildable solutions
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Green Building Certifications (IGBC / GRIHA or similar)
Exposure to Pune-based projects and approval systems
Basic to intermediate 3D visualization skills
