This is an executive leadership role responsible for the company's global growth strategy. Your mission is to grow Beaver's sales from $50m to $250m over the next 10+ years. You will own the entire commercial front-end of the business, including Capital Sales, Aftermarket Sales, Marketing, Customer Operations, and Product Management. You will be responsible for building it into a high-performance revenue machine. Your accountabilities:

Years of Experience**:** 10–15 years of professional experience with a clear "A-Player" progression. - Industry DNA**:** Strong sales experience within the mining, resources, or heavy industrial sectors, including understanding the 'capital-to-aftermarket' sales model. - Technical Agility**:** Ability to rapidly learn sufficient technical product & applications knowledge to credibly interact with senior clients. - Growth Track Record**:** Proven track record in strongly growing a division or a whole business. - Commercial Exposure**:** Ideally experience across the whole commercial ‘front end’ of a business, including marketing, capital sales, aftermarket sales, customer operations, and product management.
