What You Will Do

Strategic Leadership & Execution

• Partner with the CEO, executive leadership, and business unit heads to define, refine, and execute strategic priorities. - Translate high-level strategy into actionable operational plans with measurable outcomes. - Lead cross-functional task forces and strategic workstreams across departments. - Act as a champion of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Innovation & Business Model Development

• Identify and assess new business opportunities, emerging trends, and market disruptions. - Design and pilot new business models, products, and services. - Facilitate ideation workshops and innovation forums across the organization. Operational Excellence & Problem Solving

• Diagnose operational bottlenecks and implement improvements. - Drive organizational effectiveness by optimizing processes, decision flows, and resource allocation. - Provide advisory support to teams facing complex challenges or growth hurdles. Mentorship & Leadership Development

• Serve as a mentor and coach to senior managers, high-potential talent, and entrepreneurial teams. - Share entrepreneurial perspectives and practical frameworks to strengthen leadership capabilities. - Support culture building, fostering accountability, experimentation, and resilience. Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as a credible representative of the CEO Office in internal and external engagements. - Collaborate with investors, partners, and key stakeholders to drive alignment and strategic support. - Synthesize insights from stakeholders and surface recommendations to the CEO. ##
