**Qualification Required:**
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
58+ years of IT experience with Pega application development
Minimum 3 years of hands-on Pega development experience with constellation
Strong experience with Pega PRPC/Pega Platform, Case Management, BPM concepts, Data modelling, Integration services, Pega Decisioning, UI/UX configuration using Pega UI frameworks
Strong understanding of Pega guardrails and performance tuning
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
