Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-lingual paid search and paid social media strategies aligned with business goals in English, German, and French. - Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across various paid channels such as Google (SEA), LinkedIn, E-Mail, and deliver cutting-edge customer journeys including Display, Remarketing, and Affiliate channels strategies. - Analyze campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, and creatives for maximum ROI. - Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad creation, and bid management. - Implement custom tags, triggers, and conversion tracking for Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads via GTM. - Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing. - Collaborate internally with other marketing teams constantly, review campaigns, inform of results, and make requests/proposals for future content production. Qualifications Required:
Proven 3 years of experience in managing performance marketing campaigns in the respective channels (Google, LinkedIn & SEO). - Hands-on mentality with a strong execution mindset. - Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making. - In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools like GA4, GTM & Looker Studio. - Knowledge and Experience with Linkedin Ads and Google Ads environment required. - Knowledge or experience with Salesforce and Marketo is a strong plus. - Excellent communication and leadership skills (Default language: English).
