Job Title Order Management Specialist - META (all genders) Job Description Join our Order Management team within the Health Systems and play a key role in delivering solutions that support healthcare systems across the META region. Why this role is for you: You enjoy owning processes and seeing things through from start to finish You like solving problems and working with complex, non‑routine scenarios You value collaboration and feel comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and working in SAP You want a role where your work has a real impact on customers and business performance What you'll be doing: Take ownership of the end‑to‑end sales order process, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries within the Health Systems. Keep a close eye on orders across different channels, including returns, giving you full visibility of the order lifecycle Ensure all order‑related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant Review and pre‑screen special and complex orders, making sure exceptions are handled correctly from the start Work closely with sales, logistics, planning, production, and transportation teams to prevent escalations and drive continuous improvements You're the right fit if: You have experience in Supply Chain, especially in Order Management (especially in the META region) You have a very good command of English (B2 level or higher). You are good problem solver with strong organizational skills (time and task management). You take ownership and communicate effectively with others.
