As part of our Customer Success team, you'll play a key role in bringing our services to life across the Asia-Pacific region, helping ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience for our clients. Working collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, and client teams, you'll support seamless implementations that set our customers up for long-term success. This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane About the Role The Implementation Manager is part of the Customer Success team and reports to the Senior Director, Customer Success APAC. This role provides strategic implementation leadership and project management support to Sales, Customer Success, and client teams across the Asia-Pacific region. Acting as a critical bridge between client needs and service delivery, the role manages complex, multi-geography implementations of TELUS Health solutions from planning through launch and follow-up. You'll help establish best practices, support successful client onboarding, and contribute to TELUS Health's reputation as a trusted partner in health and wellbeing. Role & Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementation projects from initiation through client launch and post-launch follow-up Develop detailed implementation plans, timelines, and launch schedules in collaboration with clients and internal teams Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across multiple geographies including APAC and global markets Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects on track Act as a lead consultant and trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success Managers, and clients Facilitate client and manager orientations using in-person, webinar, or alternative delivery formats Collaborate with Onboarding, Communications, and other internal teams to ensure smooth platform setup and launch readiness Share knowledge, support best practice development, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team Maintain strong understanding of TELUS Health processes, systems, platform capabilities, and client requirements Support special projects and ad hoc tasks as required Skills & Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Human Resources, or a related field desirable 5+ years' experience in implementation, project management, or account management 2+ years' experience managing client-facing projects or programs Health, benefits, wellbeing, or HR technology experience preferred Strong project planning, execution, and risk management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn project management/CRM systems quickly Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to influence without authority and work collaboratively across teams Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adaptability Self-motivated, professional, and comfortable working independently Benefits & Perks At TELUS Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer the opportunity to be part of a global movement empowering every person to live their healthiest life, while building healthier, happier workplaces across Australia and beyond.
