Act as a domain expert for insurance claims processes across lines of business
Analyze existing claims workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and risk areas
Recommend process improvements aligned with automation and digital transformation
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align solutions with claims requirements
Provide domain inputs for AI models, document workflows, and automation logic
Support customization and configuration of claims-related solutions
Engage with clients to understand claims challenges and operational requirements
