Be a technical product specialist for Channels Data Delivery solutions
Deploy and support Xpressfeed Loader application on clients' enterprise-level environments
Assist in solution sizing, deployments, configurations, and troubleshooting
Gain in-depth knowledge of products from a content and delivery standpoint
Bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the technical support process
Research and stay updated on rapidly evolving product offerings
Assess technical dynamics within client environments and recommend improvements
Involved in product strategy, roadmaps, user-acceptance testing, client-side solution deployments, implementations, upgrades, and migrations
Qualifications Required:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Demonstrated technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with software deployments & configuration
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
SQL query skills
Experience with cloud environments (AWS, MS Azure, and/or Google Cloud)
Solid knowledge of AWS (EC2, RDS/Aurora) environments
Highly desired knowledge in finance-related experience or degree, capital markets, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Windows services, Linux daemon processes, Windows system administration/security, Linux administration/security, database administration, FTP Protocols, Proxies, Network & Security Protocols, open-source databases, product strategy, product development lifecycles, data integration concepts & techniques, data modeling, big data, alternative/unstructured data
