Bachelors degree (preferably in engineering, marketing, or related field). - 6 years of experience in Account Management within Programmatic Advertising, with a strong track record in CTV and In-App campaigns. - Proven experience leading, managing, and mentoring teams. - Strong understanding of programmatic platforms, DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and attribution tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills with a strategic and consultative mindset. - Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable insights. - Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems, particularly Excel; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
