As a Senior Manager in the International Data Science & AI organization at Pfizer, you will be responsible for owning and driving the AI for Targeting & Segmentation program across international markets. Your role will involve collaborating with various cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and scale segmentation solutions that align with commercial priorities and market needs. **Role Overview:**
In this senior team lead role, you will be leading the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI for Targeting & Segmentation program. Your responsibilities will include defining the program operating model, translating business needs into clear requirements, and coordinating delivery across regions and markets. **Key Responsibilities:**
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI for Targeting & Segmentation program across international markets. - Define the program operating model, key deliverables, success measures, and cadence for planning and decision-making. - Translate business needs into clear problem statements, requirements, and user stories for Data Science and Technology teams. - Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align on priorities, facilitate workshops, and drive adoption. - Define and execute an international adoption and change management approach for segmentation solutions. - Ensure program alignment with data governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices. - Define and communicate program success metrics, and drive actions to close performance gaps. **Qualifications Required:**
Bachelors degree in analytics-related area (Data Science, Computer Engineering, etc.)
9+ years of relevant work experience in Analytics, Data Science, AI/ML, or Digital/Data products
4+ years of hands-on Product Management experience
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and program/project management skills
Experience working with data and analytics ecosystems and collaborating with engineering teams
Ability to operate effectively in a multi-country, international environment
