As an Admissions and Support Executive at YMGrad, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client operations and supporting core admissions functions. Manage multiple student and professional cases simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely progress. - Maintain operational excellence by executing workflows with accuracy and consistency. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep cases on track and address bottlenecks proactively. - Admissions & Visa Support:
Handle core admissions processes such as profile evaluation, university shortlisting, and interview preparation. - Support professionals applying for merit-based visa categories like EB-1, O-1, and NIW, ensuring smooth documentation and process management. - Research and Writing Support:
Contribute to research and writing tasks by structuring academic or professional content and preparing documents for publication readiness. - Client Management:
Establish clear and consistent communication with clients to build strong relationships and ensure high satisfaction. - Manage client expectations effectively and deliver all commitments within agreed timelines. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's or Masters degree in a management or technical discipline. - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple ongoing cases with high accuracy. - Strong process-oriented mindset with attention to detail. - Fast learner with initiative and leadership skills. - Prior experience in admissions, visa consulting, research writing, or operations management is a plus.
