Key Responsibilities:
**Transport & Fleet Management**
Daily Oversight: Manage the employee commute program, including roster planning and real-time tracking. - Safety & Compliance: Ensure vehicles meet safety standards and drivers adhere to the code of conduct. - Cost Optimization: Identify route consolidation opportunities to reduce vehicle wastage. - Emergency Response: Act as the primary contact for transport-related incidents. - **Food & Beverage (F&B) / Cafeteria Services**
Vendor Management: Monitor catering partners to ensure food quality meets standards. - Hygiene & Audits: Conduct inspections of kitchen and dining areas to ensure compliance. - Employee Experience: Gather feedback and implement improvements for menu and celebrations. - **Facility Operations (Hard & Soft Services)**
Shift Leadership: Provide onsite leadership during the 24/5 cycle. - Maintenance (MEP): Supervise preventive maintenance schedules for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. - Housekeeping: Manage the cleaning crew to maintain office hygiene standards. - Inventory Management: Oversee procurement and stock levels of supplies. - **Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)**
Compliance: Ensure the facility meets all local safety codes. - Emergency Preparedness: Assist in conducting fire drills and maintaining first-aid readiness. - **Vendor Relationship & Performance Management**
SLA & KPI Governance: Ensure vendors meet SLAs through audits and reviews. - Cost & Compliance Oversight: Monitor billing accuracy and compliance with regulations. - Service Excellence: Implement feedback-driven improvements. - Contractual Integrity: Assist in contract renewals and cost-saving opportunities. Qualifications Required:
**Technical Skills & Experience**
Experience: 10+ years in Facility Management. - Education: Bachelors degree. - Tool Proficiency: Expertise in MS Office and Integrated Facility Management System tools. Key Responsibilities:
