Qualifications Required:
2-4 years of experience in social media, content, or influencer roles
Strong knowledge of cosmetics, beauty, and skincare industry
Familiarity with competitors like Renee Cosmetics
Proficiency in influencer marketing and UGC scripting
Understanding of effective strategies for Meta ads and social media

Plan and implement monthly content calendars with a focus on Instagram
Create engaging and high-quality reels, statics, and carousel content
Maintain brand consistency in tone, design, and storytelling
Keep abreast of trends, formats, and viral content styles
Identify and partner with relevant influencers and creators
Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and content briefs
Collaborate with media buyers on UGC ad formats and campaign themes
Monitor engagement metrics and audience feedback
Enhance organic growth through consistent and quality content
Optional: Produce quick reels/UGC-style content and explore trending formats
