Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for key account growth, with the aim of transforming customers into business partners. - Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and lead a top-down approach to drive sales. - Proactively identify and seize new business opportunities within your designated territory. - Conduct on-site visits to customer jobsites and offices, analyze their needs, and offer efficient solutions and technical support. - Conduct focused product demonstrations and seminars to showcase the value of Hilti solutions to customers. - Plan and execute sales activities using the CRM system to ensure high data accuracy, call quality, and productivity. - Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and potential opportunities in the CRM system. - Meet sales targets and boost revenue growth through effective customer engagement. - Manage credit collections and uphold customer satisfaction. - Foster collaboration across various departments (materials management, logistics, credit, marketing, technical services, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experiences. - Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the industry. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical); MBA/PGDM is a plus. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-selling mindset. - Previous experience in sales or business development. - Demonstrated drive for results and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. - Learning agility and adaptability in a fast-paced commercial setting. - Proficiency in business planning to maximize productivity and customer-facing time.
