This Senior Sales Training Specialist is part of PitchBook’s global Learning & Development team and is focused on new hire training and ongoing capability development for employees in our Commercial teams. This role is primarily responsible for facilitating high-impact training experiences, with a regional focus across London and APAC (including Singapore). In addition to facilitation, this role plays a critical function in capturing and representing the Voice of the Customer (VoC) within the region. This includes conducting needs assessments, developing and maintaining learner profiles, consulting with leaders on upskilling priorities, and shadowing sales and customer service representatives to surface regional skill gaps and development needs. Insights gathered are synthesized and shared with the broader PB Learning team to ensure training programs remain relevant, effective, and aligned with business priorities. The ideal candidate blends strong facilitation expertise, regional business context, and a consultative mindset to drive learner engagement and measurable performance outcomes.
