You can expect: Corporate Group Insurance – premium borne by company Annual health checkup – cost borne by company (once a year; conditions apply) Flexible Work Arrangements – various ways to work, to fit employees' needs Child care and elderly care benefits – corporate discount through designated child care & elderly care vendors EAP – free and confidential counseling, online work-life resources Employee networks – Diversity, volunteering, sports, family care - various activities to participate Special leaves entitlement Your key responsibilities: The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Undertaking credit analysis for financing transactions in Japan Preparing Credit Memo, Financial models and working with CRM team for approval for new transactions To coordinate with all infrastructure teams for approvals on new transactions Monitoring existing transactions in the book from credit and risk standpoint and seek approvals on any amendments/waivers required To help answer queries from other banks, investors and insurers during syndication process To work with our Origination team to generate new transaction leads Your skills and experience: Strong track record and deep experience in leveraged lending, corporate finance, and structured finance loan originations and syndications; Ability to drive transactions forward and to efficiently and repeatedly convert on the identified opportunities; High degree of professionalism and experience in navigating the due diligence, financial analysis, and documentation workstreams of a complicated, highly structured transaction; Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Native Japanese and business-level English; Team player with a strong motivation to contribute; and Experience working in a similar role in a Japan-based financial institution or fund How we'll support you: Flexible working to assist you balance your personal priorities Coaching and support from experts in your team A culture of continuous learning to aid progression A range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs Training and development to help you excel in your career About us and our teams: Deutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network. click here to see what we do.
