Assoc Project Manager / Project Manager FSP

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the functional lead to manage allocated FSP projects according to timelines and quality standards. - Assist in developing plans and guidelines for project implementation. - Monitor and analyze project status to ensure successful completion of project parameters, milestones, and timetables. - Work with the team to identify risks and develop contingency plans. - Manage financial and contractual aspects of the FSP project in coordination with Finance and Legal. - Establish controls to align project resources and expenses with budgets. - Manage contract modifications, including out-of-scope activities. - Provide regular updates to the FSP Functional Lead. Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in Clinical Project Management. - Hands-on experience in CTMS, eTMF, Study Plan, Study Delivery, Finance/Budgeting, Vendor Management, ICF Management, Contracts Management, and Client Management. - Solid financial acumen and knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management. - Effective communication skills in English language and good judgment in decision-making. - Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills. - Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate teams, with knowledge of project management principles and regulatory guidelines. - Proficiency in using automated systems and computerized applications.
