Role- Area sales manager
Function: Sales and Marketing
Experience: 5-10 years of experience as field sales personnel (Direct Selling)
Job Role:
Identify, study customers requirements and provide appropriate solutions. - Increase market share in assigned sales territory. Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned sales territory. - Contribute in creating the environment of Customer First & Team work Ensure effective exchange of information with branch sales/service team. - Provide timely report to Branch Manager Sales on opportunities, projects, competition etc. - Responsible of direct selling industrial automation related machines and payment collection. Core competencies:
Speaking/writing fluently in English and local language. - Market/ Geography knowledge. - should have experience in selling machines/equipment into manufacturing Industries i.e., Food / Pharma /Beverages / Cosmetics etc. Strong and proven ability to learn. Proven ability to win new business. - Consistently delivering work that exceeds expectation. - Strong networking ability for immediate benefit. - Experience:5-10 years of experience as field sales personnel (Direct Selling)
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Engineering Diploma / BSC
