We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager to lead operations, inspire teams and deliver unforgettable guest experiences in one of Sydney's most prestigious nightlife destinations. As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring consistency in service, profitability and team engagement while delivering seamless, high-end guest experiences across every shift. You'll be: Leading daily venue operations across late-night trade, with flexibility to work Wednesday to Sunday (typically 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM) Driving exceptional guest experiences and upholding luxury service standards Leading, coaching and developing bar, floor and host teams to deliver high performance Overseeing event execution and collaborating with culinary, marketing and events teams Managing financial performance including revenue growth, labour and cost control Ensuring operational efficiency, compliance and consistent service excellence Leading from the floor and supporting service delivery as required You'll bring: Extensive experience in high-end bar or premium nightlife environments Experience running bar operations, service standards and guest experience Passion and knowledge of beverage trends and creative mixology Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Strong commercial acumen, including financial management and business performance optimisation Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment A proactive, hands-on leadership style with attention to detail High energy and commitment to delivering unforgettable guest experiences On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
