Manager/Assistant Manager- Indian Audit & Assurance

You will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality audit engagements for a diverse client portfolio as a Manager/Senior Manager Statutory Audit (Ind AS) at our firm. Your role will involve managing statutory audits, tax audits, and internal control reviews across assigned engagements, ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS/AS) and applicable regulatory requirements. You will also be overseeing CARO reporting, driving high-quality audit workpapers, reviewing and finalizing audit reports, and monitoring team performance while providing structured feedback and supporting professional development. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, provide technical expertise on accounting and auditing issues, and stay updated with changes in auditing standards and regulatory updates. Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong academic performance. - Proven experience in statutory audit and tax audit engagements. - In-depth knowledge of Ind AS/AS, Standards on Auditing (SAs), and audit methodologies. - Preferred experience auditing MNCs and manufacturing industry clients. - Excellent client communication and relationship management skills. - Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and mentoring teams. - Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
