Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of prospects
Sending personalized connection requests and follow-up messages
Scheduling meetings and coordinating with the sales team
Maintaining and updating lead data in CRM/Excel sheets
Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities
Tracking and reporting daily/weekly outreach performance metrics
To excel in this role, you should possess:
12 years of experience in Business Development or Lead Generation
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
