PeopleCert is looking for a Business Development Manager- APAC who will be responsible for developing strong pipelines and delivering new business across the APAC region. Through an in-depth understanding of the PeopleCert Group and go-to-market strategy, the successful candidate will establish relationships with key decision makers of training organizations, universities, and corporations in their assigned territory. ## Responsibilities
Oversee all commercial activities across the APAC region to expand market presence. - Connect with corporates, government entities, and professional organizations to grow awareness and market of PeopleCert products. - Work closely with partner organizations across APAC to drive sales of PRINCE2 and other portfolio products. - Forge and nurture high-impact relationships with senior decision-makers. - Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts across multiple countries. - Drive B2B market penetration through a target-driven sales strategy. - Coordinate with global teams while adapting to regional market dynamics and cultural nuances. - Plan and organize personal and regional sales strategy to maximize ROI. - Monitor performance against targets and report to Headquarters. - Resolve customer issues in collaboration with support teams. - Represent PeopleCert in regional events, forums, and exhibitions. - Collaborate cross-functionally with global product and marketing teams. - Ensure alignment with company core values โ Quality, Innovation, Passion, Integrity, Clarity, and Velocity. ## What we offer
