Execute allotted tests, troubleshoot scientific aspects of projects as needed, and complete projects within timelines
Coordinate with lab staff and supervisor to maintain GLP and safety practices
Verify and approve project-related test protocols and test kits
Support verification and other departmental teams when needed
Plan and coordinate all RSL projects as required
Compile project reports and respond to QA observations
Review projects reports and provide final project review for other team's projects
Prepare and review SOP's, provide training to new joiners and existing staff
Ensure equipment calibration, plan for chemicals, glassware procurement, and maintain good relationships with other departments
Participate in ISO-9001 & ISO-17025 certification/recertification activities
Support laboratory investigations and maintain internal databases
Qualifications Required:
7 to 10 years of relevant laboratory experience for Ph.D. candidates or 11 to 13 years for Masters degree candidates
Proven track record of delivering projects on time with high quality for API's
Expertise in chromatographic analysis, particularly in HPLC, GC, and IC
Proficiency in analytical instrumentation such as Mass Spectrometry, Titration, IR, KF, UV, Thermal analysis, Elemental analysis, etc. - Effective communication skills, thorough knowledge of Empower software, and strong understanding of GLP regulations
Desired preferences include knowledge of Lab Management System, Electronic Laboratory Notebook, ERP, QR coding system, and experience in handling instruments like ICP-OES/MS
Awareness of ISO/IEC 17025 is desirable
