As a Key Account Executive at our growing Learning & Development company, your role will involve managing corporate clients to ensure successful program delivery and drive account growth & retention. Your strong experience in B2B relationship management, client servicing, and revenue growth within L&D / Training / EdTech / SaaS environments will be crucial for excelling in this role. **Key Responsibilities:**
Manage and nurture assigned corporate accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for client communication
Ensure smooth execution of training programs
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Track account performance and client satisfaction
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams
Handle renewals and contract negotiations
Prepare account reports and MIS updates
**Qualifications Required:**
Strong Key Account Management experience
B2B Client Relationship Management
Knowledge of Learning & Development / Corporate Training industry
Problem-solving & coordination abilities
