As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building prototype applications, clickable demos, and proof-of-concepts within the financial services domain. Your role will involve rapidly translating ideas into interactive solutions that demonstrate business value, user experience, and technical feasibility. The ideal candidate should possess full stack development expertise, creativity, user-centric thinking, and the ability to iterate quickly on product concepts. - Build lightweight full stack solutions that simulate real-world financial workflows and user journeys. - Develop frontend interfaces using modern frameworks to create high-fidelity demo experiences. - Build backend services or mock APIs to support prototype functionality where required. - Work on financial services use cases such as digital banking, payments, lending, or wealth management solutions. - Stay updated with industry trends in fintech, digital products, and emerging technologies. Qualifications Required:
4+ years of professional experience in full stack development, product engineering, or prototyping roles. - Strong experience in frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue, along with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript. - Working knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java. - Experience in building prototypes, MVPs, or demo applications with a focus on speed and usability. - Understanding of the financial services domain (banking, payments, lending, insurance, or fintech) is preferred. - Familiarity with REST APIs, basic database concepts, and system integration. - Strong product mindset with attention to user experience and business outcomes. - Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) or working closely with design teams is a plus. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an advantage but not mandatory. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to expand into product management, solution architecture, or fintech innovation roles.
