**Leadership & Strategy**
Define and implement inside sales strategy aligned with corporate revenue targets and channel strategy. - Build, coach, and lead an inside sales team, set KPIs, targets, and enablement programs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaigns, lead generation, and order fulfillment. - **Key Account Management**
Own and manage strategic/key accounts, acting as a senior commercial & technical interface. - Develop account plans focusing on growth targets, margin improvement, and long-term contractual relationships. - Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and service levels for strategic accounts. - **Sales Execution & Pipeline Management**
Drive inside sales operations including lead qualification, quotations, order conversion, and renewal business. - Implement structured sales processes, forecast accuracy improvements, and CRM adoption. - Use analytics to prioritize accounts and reduce sales cycle times. - **Customer Experience & Service**
Ensure timely order fulfillment, technical clarifications, and after-sales support for assigned accounts. - Resolve escalations in coordination with operations, logistics, and quality teams. - **Commercial & Pricing**

Capture market and competitor intelligence and drive channel development for export markets. - Feed product/market insights to Product Management and R&D. - **Process, Tools & Analytics**
Implement and optimize CRM, quoting tools, pricing matrices, and inside sales dashboards. - Deliver MIS reports including sales metrics, customer segmentation performance, and key account P&L. - **People & Capability Building**
Recruit, train, and retain high-performing inside sales and account management teams. - Conduct competency programs on technical selling, negotiation, and customer engagement. - **Compliance & Governance**
