As a data-driven Campaign Management Executive, your role will involve leading performance marketing efforts to drive ROI and achieve business growth. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. - Campaign Execution: You will plan and manage end-to-end paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search/Display), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and DV360. - Optimization: Constantly monitoring campaign performance, you will conduct A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to enhance CTR and CPL. - Strategy & Planning: Developing comprehensive media plans and budget allocations aligned with monthly and quarterly KPIs will be a key responsibility. - Data Analysis: Utilizing Marketing Analytics tools, you will track ROI and provide actionable insights into consumer behavior and campaign trends. - Collaboration: Working closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad assets and with the sales/tech teams to ensure lead quality and tracking accuracy is essential. - Reporting: You will maintain detailed dashboards reporting on spend, performance, and revenue impact. In terms of qualifications and skills required:
Education: An MBA in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field is preferred. - Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, and Data Analytics platforms is necessary. - Certifications: Possessing a Google Ads Certification or Facebook Blueprint Certification is highly preferred. - Analytical Mindset: Demonstrating a strong ability to handle large datasets and translate them into strategic growth is crucial. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for cross-functional collaboration.
