As a Display Manager (gn), you are responsible for the strategic planning, design, execution, and commercial steering of displays. Your goal is to sustainably increase brand visibility, shopper activation, and sales performance at the point of sale. You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and ensure impactful display presence for ESN & More Nutrition. ### Your experience & skills
You hold a degree or relevant training in marketing, retail, business, design, or a related field
You bring 2–3 years of professional experience in trade/shopper marketing, display management, retail activation, or a comparable field
You have experience in the FMCG industry and a strong understanding of retail environments
You are experienced in managing end-to-end projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
You have hands-on experience with display design, production processes, materials, and supplier management
You are confident in analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements
You combine a structured, detail-oriented working style with a strong hands-on mentality
You are a strong communicator and able to align cross-functional teams effectively
You are comfortable working with MS Office and KPI-based reporting
You are fluent in English and/or German. - You are willing to travel occasionally for market visits and rollout support
