Support excellent workplace technology experiences with a focus on security compliance and vulnerability remediation
Track and optimize product lifecycle, especially around Teams communication
Understand user needs and challenges for continuous improvement
Ensure excellent IT service delivery and operational KPI metrics are met
Build strong relationships with outsourced vendors for operational excellence
Lead PC lifecycle processes, endpoint & compliance management, and M365 Platform Excellence
Optimize corporate printing solutions and manage peripheral devices
Drive adoption of new capabilities and best practices in Microsoft 365 services
Enable responsible adoption of Productivity AI solutions
Support workplace technology vision through structured lifecycle planning
Evaluate and optimize cloud applications/software costs
**Qualifications Required:**
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
9-12 years of proven experience in IT Service Delivery, User Experience, and Digital workplace management
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Experience in outsourced vendor service delivery
