Digital Treasury Specialist

As a Treasury Technology Specialist at Clariant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the Treasury Management System (TMS) Kyriba. Your focus will be on driving digital initiatives to enhance efficiency, control, and reporting within the Treasury function. Additionally, you will contribute to broader Treasury transformation programs, including In-House Bank implementation, process automation, and system integration projects. **Key Responsibilities:**

• Support technology solutions and digital initiatives for Group Treasury. - Assist in the implementation, optimization, and integration of Kyriba, the Treasury Management System, including In-House Bank functionalities. - Maintain and enhance Kyriba post-implementation, covering interfaces, cash forecasting, payments, reporting, and bank statement integration (CAMT.053). - Support system administration, ensuring internal controls, role management, and testing processes are followed. - Facilitate onboarding, integration, and support of complementary Treasury tools such as SWIFT banking connectivity, Avallone, Finastra, 360T, and Bloomberg. - Identify and support process automation opportunities using APIs, AI analytics, and advanced integrations. - Contribute to BI dashboard and data analytics development for enhanced Treasury reporting and KPI tracking. - Collaborate with IT, Finance, Tax, and Treasury teams to align business requirements with technical solutions. **Qualifications Required:**
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Treasury. - Hands-on technical experience working with Kyriba (Treasury Management System). - Experience with implementation, integration, system enhancements, or upgrades in Kyriba. - Experience with SWIFT banking connectivity, statements, and messaging formats, particularly in ISO20022 XML formats. - Good to have experience with Power BI. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
