Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies tailored to education, research dissemination, capacity development, practice, and digital blended learning
Conduct detailed market, competitor, and audience research to identify opportunities and design impactful campaigns
Analyze current digital channels and select platforms aligned with audience needs and institutional goals
Guide creation and execution of high-quality content for various platforms and campaigns
Coordinate email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM to boost engagement and conversions
Track campaign performance using analytics, interpret data, and optimize strategies
Collaborate with teams of designers, writers, web developers, and external vendors to deliver cohesive campaigns
Stay updated on evolving digital marketing tools and approaches and incorporate new techniques into strategy
Assign roles and responsibilities within the Communications and Design team, track outputs and outcomes, and assist in performance reviews and improvement plans
Support internal capacity building, including the use of AI for marketing, to improve efficiency and quality of outputs
Create and implement SOPs and guides related to major areas of work
Foster relationships with other teams at IIHS for digital outreach plans, create briefs for efficient delivery, and design debriefs and analytics dashboards
Provide support to other IIHS activities and participate in institution building tasks as assigned
Travel on IIHS work within or outside the country as needed
Qualification Required:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Media
At least 15 years of work experience, with a minimum of 8 years in Digital Marketing
Strong knowledge of the full marketing cycle and customer journey
Proven ability to lead digital campaigns with a portfolio showcasing achievements
Excellent analytical thinking, data literacy, and ability to leverage insights for campaign optimization
High proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as CMS, Google Analytics, social media, CRM, and project management tools
Superior communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage with external stakeholders
Outstanding project management and process designing abilities to deliver campaigns on time and within budget
Digital creativity, innovative storytelling skills, and data visualization abilities
Adaptability, willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and approaches
Leadership skills for team coordination, training, and adherence to systems and processes
Commitment to ongoing skill and knowledge improvement, particularly in digital outreach in a development or not-for-profit environment
Experience in digital marketing within developmental, social impact, education, research, or policy-driven organizations is advantageous
