Key Responsibilities:
Generate revenue through multiple corporate clients and B2B dealers in the respective states of India assigned to you. - Identify and build strategic partnerships to drive incremental growth with a strong focus on margin. - Build strong relationships with all decision makers in Corporate and B2B channel partners/dealers. - Participate in Corporate road shows and exhibitions to promote the products. - Understand customers' needs and propose products to meet their requirements. - Stay updated with market and competition landscape. - Take ownership of service and replacements across channels and work towards minimizing the same. - Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure all partners receive the necessary marketing support. - Ensure consistent growth in market penetration and brand visibility across the region. - Maintain monthly reports of sellout from channel partners about end customers. - Develop a B2B funnel for sustainable business generation. - Cold calling to corporate customers to generate leads. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. - About 12 years of experience in sales and 6-8 plus years of progressive experience in corporate sales/business development roles in multiple markets. - Proficient in computer experience (Excel, Access, Word, Internet, Power Point). - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong administrative proficiency and customer liaison skills. - Strong strategic and operational abilities. - Ability to synthesize complex information into a simple strategy and execute against it. - Strong understanding of consumer wants and needs to create market-winning retail sales strategies. - Solid planning and organization skills. - Good collaboration skills. - Demonstrated creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. - Solid business and financial background.
