As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist at UL Solutions, you will play a crucial role in identifying top-tier executive-level talent globally to meet specialized hiring needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the Global Executive Talent Acquisition Manager to develop talent pipelines and source for executive level roles. - Attending search strategy engagement meetings under the leadership of the Global Executive TA Manager to understand hiring needs and refine executive search strategies. - Prescreening candidates' profiles and building an active/passive candidate pool. - Recommending and executing sourcing strategies using priority channels such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and industry events. You will also maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system (Oracle HCM) and provide the Global Talent Acquisition Lead with highly qualified candidates. - Conducting thorough market research to map out the competitive landscape, potential talent pools, and refine sourcing strategies. - Keeping abreast of external sourcing options such as job sites and professional recruiting sites. - Assisting in the creation of job requisitions and postings, as well as providing periodic reports of activity. Qualifications required for this role include:
5+ years of experience in sourcing resumes using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networking sites. - Proficiency in working with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, Taleo, etc. - Hands-on knowledge of Passive Sourcing techniques (AIRS), market trends, and internet research for target companies/candidates' information. - An undergraduate degree. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and an understanding of a complex, global business environment.
