As the Employee Relations Manager at the U.S. Pharmacopeial Convention (USP), you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations programs, resolving workplace issues, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Your responsibilities include:
Investigating and leading people-related issues such as behavior/conduct concerns, policy violations, employee grievances, and workplace conflicts in a timely and confidential manner. - Liaising with labor offices and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and manage audits or inspections. - Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies. - Providing guidance to managers on addressing investigation outcomes, findings, and recommendations, as well as related corrective and developmental actions. - Reviewing and updating employee relations policies and procedures as needed. - Partnering with HRBPs to address complex employee relations cases, provide strategic solutions, and embed compliance and ethical practices into the organizational culture. - Collaborating with global and regional Compliance, Ethics, and Legal teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards and regulatory frameworks. - Analyzing ER data, highlighting key trends, providing insights, and formulating recommendations to drive positive employee relations programs and process improvements. - Anchoring/supporting compliance awareness sessions and training on policies, risk management practices, and other specific issues to promote consistent understanding across teams. Qualifications required for this role include:
Masters Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Masters in Social Work (Full-Time) in Human Resource Management. - 8+ years of experience in employee relations. - Strong knowledge of Indian Labor laws and compliance requirements. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrated capability to drive outcomes through collaboration and persuasion. Qualifications required for this role include:
