As a skilled and versatile Data Analyst / BI Developer with 3+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in developing data solutions across multiple reporting platforms and modern data ecosystems. Your expertise in reporting tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, or Jasper, along with proficiency in Python, SQL, and exposure to cloud-based data platforms, will be essential for success in this role. Candidates who can quickly adapt across tools and leverage AI-assisted technologies will be preferred. Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and implement dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Crystal Reports, or Jasper. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. - Work closely with data engineering teams to acquire, transform, and prepare data for reporting and analytics. - Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases. - Utilize Python for data processing, automation, and integration tasks. - Maintain and optimize reporting solutions for performance and scalability. - Build and support analytics solutions on Azure Fabric or Snowflake environments. - Stay updated with the latest trends in BI tools, data platforms, and analytics practices. - Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, etc., to improve productivity and navigate across reporting platforms efficiently. - Provide support and guidance to junior team members when required. Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI Development. - Hands-on experience in at least one reporting tool (Power BI, Crystal Reports, or Jasper). - Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases. - Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation. - Exposure to Azure Fabric or Snowflake platforms. - Familiarity with AI-assisted tools like Claude Code, Copilot, etc. - Ability to work across multiple tools and adapt to different reporting environments. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
