As an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive in the Apparel/Manufacturing Industry Women Western Wear, your role will involve managing various human resource functions to support the business goals effectively. You should have 7-8 years of experience in HR with a strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
Oversee performance management and appraisal cycles
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage payroll coordination, attendance systems, and prepare salary sheets
Handle statutory compliance including ESI and PF
Manage administrative and office-related work
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and team management abilities
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, ESI, and PF
Experience with HR and payroll software such as Zoho People, Pagaar Book, or Zoho Payroll
Good organizational and decision-making skills
Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
Bachelors degree in any discipline
Experience:
7-8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
Proven experience in handling core HR functions independently
