Key Responsibilities:
Involved in concept creation for new electronic equipment and provide inputs to the specification and planning process. - Organize and review development for electronic equipment within the aviation certification process. - Generate all necessary design data for electronic products. - Develop electronic devices for cabin/systems, including digital and analog design, initial operation, and verification of prototypes. - Create and evaluate documents for supplier selection, and monitor subcontractors. - Perform functional and environmental qualification testing according to aviation requirements such as EMC, vibrations, and temperature. - Create and verify documents for certification and production of equipment. - Coordinate with project management, the software department, production technology, and quality management. Qualifications Required:
B.Tech./M.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, or similar. - 6-8 years of experience in electronic product development. - Awareness of current electronic technologies, architectures, standards, and market trends. - Hands-on experience with schematic generation tools and requirement management tools like DOORS. - Proven knowledge in different phases of electronic design, including Requirement generation, Detailed design, Board bring-up testing, and Functional testing. - Knowledge of certification according to RTCA DO-254 and Qualification testing according to DO-160 or similar standards. - Understanding of FPGA development life cycle, including source code design and test bench-based verification. - Strong problem-solving and logical thinking abilities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Flexibility and adaptability to different work streams based on the stage of the development lifecycle. - Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
