Key Responsibilities:
Carry out all engineering & operational procedures to ensure proper functioning of various systems in the facility such as electrical systems, HVAC systems, PACs, water plumbing, sanitary systems, elevators/lifts, and cafeteria equipment. - Liaise with vendors for maintenance/service practices of M&E contactors to deliver quality work practices. - Ensure all maintenance-related schedules & shutdowns are followed as per OEM & Accenture guidelines. - Daily inspection of log books, history cards, checklist, escalation charts, OCP & PPM schedules for better management of engineering systems. - Guide technical staff to attend & work for closures of all F&S technical-related issues. - Adhere to the 52 weeks annual M&E maintenance schedule and maintain consistency on agreed SLA & KPI. - Participate during emergency evacuation procedures and manage all health & safety issues. - Prepare and collate data related to vendor performance and escalate as required. - Ensure proper usage & functioning of e-fit facility tool and close all PM work orders in 360 facility tool. - Track and close all builder-related queries in QMS on a monthly basis. - Conduct M&E onboarding process and ensure all mandatory trainings are conducted. - Coordinate for execution of works related to IC requests without escalations and conduct interviews for M&E new joiners. - Ensure 100% usage of online work permit tool and upload incidents in the incident tool. - Conduct audits, facility walkarounds, and coordinate with the DM team for issue resolution. - Coordinate important and VIP client visits with Events team and manage without escalations. - Ensure timely closure of Seibel tickets, support client audits, and ensure functionality of all technology tools in the facility. Qualifications Required:
Experience in IC (Instrumentation and Control) is mandatory.
