Assistant Superintendent: The Assistant Superintendent supports daily field operations and works alongside the Superintendent to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules on complex construction projects. Responsibilities include assisting with trade coordination, material tracking, site logistics, and safety compliance. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to support overall site operations as needed. The Junior Estimator supports the estimating team in preparing accurate and competitive estimates for construction projects. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, analyzing subcontractor bids, assisting with scope comparisons, and supporting bid submissions. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment. The Project Engineer supports the Project Manager with the administration of project cost and scheduling systems and supports estimating functions for changes and addenda. This role manages document control and shop drawing systems and helps ensure the smooth flow of information between the design team, consultants, and subcontractors. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
