Who You Are
You have extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on the B2B SaaS ecosystem. - You have a proven record of hiring "revenue-generating" roles (AEs, SDRs, Channel Managers) and technical talent (Solutions Engineers) across the Americas. - You possess an innate ability to pitch a value proposition and build long-term relationships with candidates. - High proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable) and advanced LinkedIn sourcing. - You thrive in fast-paced, global environments where priorities can shift, and you take pride in your ability to adapt.
