Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Process and validate high volumes of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into accounts payable systems Partner with Georgia Aggregates plant leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and support daily operations Support monthly financial activities including cost tracking, reporting, and reconciliation of plant data across multiple Georgia locations Maintain organized records through filing, scanning, and document management to ensure audit readiness Assist with administrative functions including payroll support, reporting, and backup coverage for site operations as needed What Are We Looking For Ability to manage large volumes of detailed data with strong accuracy and attention to detail Clear communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and standard office applications Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment Self-directed mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment This role operates in a dynamic office environment supporting multiple Georgia Aggregates plant locations. The position requires consistent interaction with operations, accounting, and vendor partners and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Occasional travel within Georgia to support sites may be required. What We Offer Competitive base salary, $24.80 to $30.59 per hour.
