As a Sales Director at Krish, you will play a crucial role in driving enterprise growth across MarTech, Commerce, and Content solutions. Working closely with leadership, marketing, and delivery teams, your responsibilities will include:
Suggesting strategies for business growth aligned with the company's goals
Managing sales targets for yourself and the team across various services
Nurturing client accounts to increase client lifetime value
Providing market insights and contributing to business strategies
Developing new business avenues, connections, and relationships
Collaborating with marketing and lead generation teams to create and execute campaigns
Utilizing partner networks and affiliates to generate SQL and sales
Actively participating in lead generation, qualification, and conversion
Representing the company as a brand ambassador at exhibitions and trade events
Managing relations with current clients and increasing their lifetime value
Coordinating with other department heads to achieve customer satisfaction
Generating proposals/contracts for clients and ensuring coordination with the Pre-sales/BA team
Complying with the company's sales processes and documentation standards
Providing inputs to the DRA/WR team for campaigns
Managing relationships with platform managers to farm/hunt new accounts
Updating and managing CRM on a day-to-day basis and reporting
Building and managing a sales/business development team while ensuring productivity and target achievement
Qualifications required for this role include:
7+ years of total experience, with at least 46 years in enterprise/B2B sales and 23 years in a team management or BD leadership role
Proven ability to close enterprise deals and manage complex, long sales cycles
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify growth opportunities and influence business direction
Excellent stakeholder management skills across client and internal leadership teams
Strong commercial acumen focusing on revenue, margins, and deal structuring
Ability to build trust-based relationships with decision-makers and drive consultative selling
High ownership mindset with strong execution and problem-solving capabilities
Experience in managing and scaling high-performance sales teams
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
