DePaul's Upper Falls Square Apartments are now hiring a full-time Assistant Property Manager! With the guidance of the Property Manager (PM), the Assistant Property Manager will work collaboratively with DePaul Properties Management and Accounting Teams to ensure resident paperwork is complete for processing for both move in / move out. In the absence of the PM, the Assistant PM will assume responsibility for all aspects of site operations including tenant issues, leasing, occupancy of units, physical plant maintenance and issues, security, and community liaison.
