Key Responsibilities:
Build a thorough understanding of the client's brand, business, customers, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance for digital marketing initiatives. - Lead strategic client engagements focusing on performance strategy, media planning, account growth, and revenue. - Manage a team of client strategy managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of client commitments. - Drive internal projects to completion and assist the team in overcoming challenges. - Conduct annual planning and strategy preparation for the assigned portfolio. Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, account management, or engagement role, preferably with a startup or agency. - Previous experience in Digital Marketing with knowledge of media channels like Google, Social Media, and Programmatic buying. - Strong program management skills with the ability to manage long-term projects and multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent solutioning, negotiating, and pitching skills to drive initiatives across the client organization. - Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and business understanding abilities. - Proficient in articulating thoughts and presenting in a clear, well-defined structure. - Passion for Digital Marketing and customer satisfaction.
