Why We Have This Role
We’re looking for a talented Enterprise Account Executive to lead our sales efforts within the Public Sector across Australia and New Zealand. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting and relationship building to closing deals and ensuring excellent client outcomes. Based in Sydney, you’ll work closely with government agencies and public organisations to deliver technology solutions that create meaningful impact. You will play a key role in advancing digital transformation initiatives that improve public services and citizen experiences across the region.
How You’ll Grow
Things You’ll Do
Own and drive all sales activities within your territory, managing the pipeline from lead prospecting to deal closure
Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in collaboration with sales leadership. - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior public sector stakeholders and decision-makers
Lead compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to various public sector agencies and departments that highlight how Qualtrics solutions address client challenges
Develop and execute strategic account plans, leveraging sales methodologies to secure and expand business
Collaborate closely with marketing teams to run targeted demand generation campaigns and capitalize on event leads
Represent Qualtrics at public sector events, conferences, and industry associations to strengthen market presence
Stay informed on competitive landscape and evolving client needs to craft compelling proposals. What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
8+ years of successful enterprise SaaS sales experience, ideally with a focus on the public sector
Proven track record of quota attainment and managing complex sales cycles end-to-end
Strong pipeline development and sales forecasting skills
Experience engaging senior government stakeholders and navigating public sector procurement processes
Ability to craft strategic account plans and drive cross-functional execution
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Growth mindset with resilience, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit
Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms preferred
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Public Policy, or a related field is advantageous
