• Collaborate across the organization to understand and translate business priorities into shipped features delivering customer success. - Generate clean, efficient, and well-documented software following industry best practices. - Provide leadership and technical guidance to ensure the development of resilient, scalable SaaS applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Troubleshoot, debug and resolve complex technical issues. - Mentor and guide junior software engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Contribute to OpenGov’s Engineering culture of innovation, leading-edge technology adoption and quality
